    This hotel is centrally located with the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore just outside the hotel. The staff were friendly, reception is not 24 hour. The room was a good size, clean, the toiletries provided are basic. There is a coffee machine in reception which can be used between 8am to 12 ish. There is a small lift. There is no breakfast facilities but plenty of cafes locally. This hotel may be basic but its location is a winner.

    Excellent location a half block from the Duomo. Breakfast is not included, but is available in the adjoining hotel breakfast terrace one floor down for 13 euros each, a good breakfast with good service. The hotel has an elevator from the ground floor to the room floor. Room was large, clean, comfortable beds, good storage, modern bathroom, tile floors, a mini-fridge, and AC (very nice in a very hot June). Complimentary wine, water, and snacks were in the room on the first day. The breakfast terrace is a restaurant at lunch and dinner; food was good and it was convenient to be able to eat on the terrace at the hotel after a full day of touring Florence. For a two star hotel this hotel exceeded our expectations.

    What a lovely hotel in a perfect location! The ac made my shopping trip to Florence very comfortable. The staff is so kind and accommodating! I will return!
