    Great Italian Charm, wonderful hotel

    Charming hotel, with comfortable rooms, and some nice amenities. Staff was friendly, and the setting is gorgeous. Depending on your preferences, it might be a bit too far from Florence, but if you are ok with that, it's a great value and fantastic place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

    In the Tuscan countryside. First impression from the road was not all that good - didn't look too exciting! But parked the car, went inside, and the whole impression is of a refurbished very old building, with high ceilings, lots of wood - lots of character! Reception very friendly. Room again with lots of wood, high ceiling, and character. Room very quiet. Nice small bar. Breakfast buffet is good. GREAT restaurant just opposite the hotel across the road. Gardens with mimosa in bloom! All very Nice. Negative - no tea making facilities and room and TV only Italian.

    What a fabulous hotel !!! We stayed a week here and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were very good and particular mention of Roberto who was very helpful and welcoming. The room was a very good size but be warned there are no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms, the staff are more than willing to make you anything you want but it goes on the bill !! That small detail aside we really enjoyed the room and the hotel in general. Please pay a visit to the restaurant across the road from the hotel, the reception will book it for you, the staff there too are very welcoming and the food very tasty. The reception staff will also provide directions to get to Florence by public transport , although you do have to drive to the nearest tram stop, but they are very easy to use and punctual. On the whole had a fantastic holiday, cannot recommend the hotel highly enough, beautiful grounds, great staff, good value and perfect .. will be back !!!

    The Perfect Tuscan Hotel

    The hotel was amazing. Very quiet location but with easy access to the main roads. The room was a good size, good bed, good size wardrobe, very warm, Good size bathroom, with shower. The breakfast was good, choice of cheese, local ham, cearials, yogurts and lots of cakes and some fruit. But the most amazing was staff, always happy to help, friendly, well informed, with good local knowledge, always smiling. The hotel is like from a postcard. Very good for relaxation, far from crowds of the tourist attractions. There is bar where you can order drinks. There is a restaurant on the other side of the road if someone wants dinner close to the hotel.

    Amazing hotel, staff and location

    We are staying in the hotel for four nights. We arrived a bit early (before the check in time) but they stored our luggage and we were able to go visit some locations (without having all our luggage in the car). When we arrived our luggage was waiting in our room. The room is very spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. At your request they can also make reservations for you at the great little restaurant across the road. The next day we informed about the possibility of taking a bus or taxi to the train station to go and visit Florence but we missed the bus and a taxi would easily cost you 20€. The hostess offered to bring us to the train station herself! On the way she also explained that you need to validate your ticket before getting on the train. This was just an all-round fantastic level of service that we haven't experienced before.The breakfast is not that extensive but certainly doesn't lack anything.The only downside is that at certain times the road can be quite busy at times but for the rest the location is absolutely flawless.All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.
