Facility

Built in 1900, the hotel is characterised by historic charm. Guests have a choice of 4 single rooms and 38 double rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     This was a great location. A 10 minute walk to the city center, but being enough away from all the crowds and noise. The vibe is very chic and the rooms were great. It was clean, the service was impeccable and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. They even provide free breakfast which was great. Best of all, a tram stop is directly in front of the building, making it super convenient to get across town. Great little bars and restaurants within walking distance.

    On our first visit to Florence, we were delighted with our choice to stay at Hotel de la Pace. The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants, and shops. Our room was lovely and comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony. The staff is consistently welcoming, courteous, and attentive to every request. Breakfast is outstanding, with a generous selection of savory and sweet specialties. We will certainly return to this hotel on our next visit to Florence.

    This hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. Breakfasts were delicious. The location was excellent for walking to the historic section of the city and also closely situated for dining. I would return to this hotel if traveling to Florence again.

    Excellent location just a short walk from the Duomo but far enough to be peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Easily walkable to all of the attractions of Florence. Hotel staff was always friendly and greeted you when you returned to the hotel. Our room was quite spacious and had a modern updated bathroom. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Our stay included breakfast in the morning and we were quite pleased with the breakfast buffet which was well stocked with a lot of options every day.The only negative feedback that we had was that the electric didn't work unless you had your key card inserted into the wall, which meant that the air conditioning wasn't on all day while you were out and on hot days (which was pretty well every day) the room was a bit warm and stuffy when you got back and it took quite a while for the air conditioning to get the room cooled down.Overall, a pleasant stay. We would recommend this hotel.

    What a little gem this hotel is beautiful styling, exceptionally clean, really professional and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was amazing great choice and quality. Would highly recommend a stay here.
