    The most terrible hotel room I have ever seen. Dirty, bad smell and old broken furniture.. Can't recommend this until a full renovation! The rooms are designed with dirty carpet and not with the wood floor like in the pictures. The room door wasn't able to be looked - you can see it on the photos attached.We asked if we can move in a new room, like the one on the picture we booked - but unfortunately they said every room would look like this. Only a very few were renovated and they were already booked.. So we had to stay in this terrible room. Even the bed was dirty...

    My gf, my dog and I booked a 4 night stay at Demidoff (we decided to stay 1 extra night because we really liked the place).Before booking here i noticed that the reviews were quite low, but i decided to book anyway and i'm glad i did it. Yes, there are things they should work on, but we enjoyed our stay starting from breakfast and ending with dinner.The staff is very polite and kind, the food is very nice, the prices are convenient (apart from the pool, 15 euro per person per day, but you can have it included in the room price if you book a superior room).After all i can rate my stay 9/10! There are few things that are a little annoying, but since the price is very convenient you easily close an eye on that. I think they know they should improve few things and that's the reason why the price for a 4 star resort with 2 pools, spa, gym, breakfast ... it's lower than average.If you are seeking a place with a stunning experience this is not the place for you (the place you are looking for will cost you double the price of this).Demidoff is a Country resort for people who are not looking for the highest standard on every little aspect and who know how to enjoy an holiday without getting stressed if something isn't always perfetto!View on Fl

    Room is okay for price quality rating. Swimming pools are nice , but has to be cleaned oftener. Small choice on breakfast. Service & staff unprofessional. structure is nice, but maintenance is missing.

    Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Demidoff in Tuscany. We had a good and relaxed stay. The room was nice and clean and well equipped. The only thing we missed was a hotwater boiler to fix your own coffee/tea. But that was not a big thing. What I disliked the most was the lack of a good Wifi Connection on the second floor. If I had to travel for work, I had a problem for sure. So hopefully they can improve this.The breakfast is not a buffet so you have to ask what you want to eat/drink (but very friendly staff). The very good looking swimming pool (indoor) was great. However, every dip was a challenge because of the cold water temperture :-) but we liked it any way. It was nice and refreshing. The outside pool needs some attention I think. The view from the proporty wss amazing. Also a lot of parking places available. Oh and maybe a bit more variety on the diner menu? But the staff and the chef are very friendly I must say. Great service! Thank you.

    Dirty rooms and old installations. The rooms on floor nymber one are terrible. You must pay for ''superior rooms'' on floor numbre two, at least abd it's far from Firenze (25min by car). We will not come again...
