  We enjoyed our stay here. Diamond at the front desk was able to check us in even though we checked in a little late. He even gave us recommendations of restaurants and the best place in the city to see the sun set. The room was good. The candy, biscuits and beverages available around the clock was a hot with my group. I highly recommend anyone to stay there.

  With a little more effort, this hotel could readily achieve a five stars review from me.Firstly, the good points.Great location near the station and not far to walk to many areas of interest.Lovely room that was well-equipped and quiet, apart from one night when an extended family were talking loudly after they returned from their evening meal.Breakfast was generally good, although the number of seats was limited and caused a problem on a couple of occasions. But we found it frustrating to arrive and read a notice to say that we had to check in at the sister hotel across the street. This meant carrying our cases up some steps, heading up in a lift, checking in, then wait for the receptionist to stop dealing with other guests, go down to the street, cross it, and then take the lift up to the hotel where we were staying. It's a good job that it wasnt raining when we were doing this.Also, the bread at breakfast was tasteless sliced, white bread. Surely, there's some great bread available. Also, there was far too much sugar in the granola.Staff were very helpful within the constraints imposed on them.

  We stayed there for only a night. After the day we planed to visit cinque terre, then we would return to Floence another hotel (becoz the day after was fully booked! We could only find other hotel!) We attempted to request for staying lugguges at the hotel. They offered us to put the luggages to the opposite hotel under the same company which has 24 hours reception service. They recommended to do so because of secuity concern. They were considerate and helpful. We appreciated the arrangement very much!

  Very good location, close to the central train station of Florence and near the centre of the town. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

  The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the central station. Located on a second floor of a commercial building. No one at the front desk during evening. Room is huge and staff is ok. Bed is terrible. Impossible to sleep. Lots of noise from the upper floors during my stay. On a friday there was a party with people dancing and screaming on the upper floor. Breakfast was one of the worst things. Bread was like a stone.Don't reccomend. Wouldn't stay again.
