Location

The suites at this resort are just 6 km from the centre of Florence in a splendid hilly region, easily accessible by car. The resort is near to many typical Tuscan attractions and in just minutes guests can reach the historical centre of the capital of the Italian Renaissance, a charming city, rich in museums, works of art and interesting places. Access to public transport is on the hotel's doorstep. Florence - Peretola Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 10 km and Galileo Galilei Airport roughly 70 km.

Facility

2 junior suites and 9 suites are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The apartment complex provides a number of options for sport and leisure. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Leisure activities and facilities at the complex include a spa or, for a fee, massage treatments.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast and lunch are served every day. The menu also offers diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes. The complex also offers special catering options.

    We booked based upon reviews for our Silver Wedding Anniversary; our first time away together in 20 years. Book now! Breathtaking scenery, easy bus ride into Florence, wonderful staff and beautiful evening meals under the stars. We went into Florence early each day before it got too hot, then went back to relax in the pool and have a siesta before our evening meal in the peace and tranquility of the Tuscan hills. Fabulous service, wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. We stayed in the most basic room but it had all we needed and was serviced daily with fresh towels.The very best of both worlds. Florence a 10 minute bus drive, tranquility to return to..Thank you Eden Rock for a very special break.

    What an amazing hotel! The views are beautiful, the staff are extremely attentive and the pool is a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!We used the bus service which is cheap and easy to get into Florence but the bus drivers on the way back can be problematic with the stop being remote so be on top of your game for pressing the stop button.

    Stunning views and incredible staff. Silvia especially is a star as was helpful even before we arrived but answering email personally. She promised room 202 was perfect and it was. So tranquil. Views specttacular.

    Fabulous hotel outside of Florence

    Location is just outside of Florence and easy to reach with a car, hotel garage could be better signposted as it's easy to miss and hard to turn around! The staff are absolutely lovely - a delight to talk to, informative, helpful and go above and beyond to make the experience great. We would definitely stay there again, we only stayed one night as we were visiting other places in Italy too. Would have been wonderful to make use of the pool too. The view from our room was amazing; shame we had only one night. Oh and the breakfast was plentiful, good quality and staff were on hand too!

    Excellent Easter Experience

    My husband and I stayed at Eden Rock Resort for the last 11 nights and found the resort excellent. After a day sightseeing returning to the resort provided a relaxing chilled vides with staff who were attentive, personable, yet discreet ,creating a quiet restorative ambiance.We were in a junior suite with stunning views of Florence and the surrounding hills. The rooms had all that was necessary to make it feel like a home from home , with the suite being discreetly serviced daily.The combination of a comfortable bed and quiet area ensured a great nights sleep 💤, followed by a relaxing breakfast by the pool on sunny days. We even received an Easter egg at breakfast Easter Sunday, lovely touch.We spent time by the pool soaking up the sunshine and beautiful setting, we ate at the resort a few nights and found the food delicious but would recommend also sampling the mouthwatering food Florence has to offer. The resort has a private garage but with some helpful tips from staff the bus route into Florence was rather handy.Overall great experience at Eden Rock Resort, the only disappointment being we didn’t book for longer.
