    The front desk went out of their way to help us with every aspect of our trip. My daughter left her phone in a taxi and the front desk clerk tracked down the taxi and had him bring it to the hotel. Rooms were clean and attired with all we needed. I was able to have a room on the ground floor as I am handicapped. Well located.

    Horrible, bad staff, vety racist, not hepfull.Even we cant get room.He is very racist. Asked extra charge for me kids even l paid for.Never recommend it.RUDE STAFF .Never meet all my life thus kind of person.definately not recommend to anyone, not exceptable

    Average hotel close to the trains station. Pending rail strike forced last minute travel plans adjustment and a one-night stay. Surrounding area is rough, accommodations are fair. I would not recommend this hotel under other circumstances.
