  Property to avoid! Stay away!

  They helped ensure an authentic experience by not helping much at all. There was no breakfast, changing linens, or service of any kind really. The son is the only one who speaks some English and he will be there in morning hours only. The area was dirty, the shops were a joke too. The pub was the only decent place to eat. The ac heater was not working. wifi and owner both were good for nothing. The train station is a 30 minute walk not 10 and the map we were given by the eurohome, was difficult to read and misleading. Inside was stinky. We were not allowed on the terrace only in a small smoking area. We had to track someone down for towels. There was no coffee tea or vending machines, just a cappuccino machine charging .5 Euro per serving, and it was not calibrated correctly. There was no water to drink or cups even were provided even on request. This did not fit a bed and breakfast title. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and wood between, very uncomfortable. We felt uneasy living because we had to be buzzed in and didn't want to be locked out and we were not told when staff would be present to buzz is in. The super 8 motel at a layover or any other motel would be 100 times better than Euro home.

  Great Apartment & Hotel

  My wife and I, along with a business colleague, were working for 3 weeks in Prato. The hotel we were staying at turned the A/C off automatically at 3 am and did not switch it back on until 2 pm each day. This was unacceptable so we began looking for other arrangements. We found the Euro Home and our colleague stayed in a single room and my wife and I occupied the 2 bedroom apartment just behind the hotel. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. David and his parents were so accommodating and helpful and were quite responsive no matter the time, day or night. The apartment is well stocked and has 3 awesome TV's! The hotel rooms, according to our colleague, is spacious and well appointed. It is near restaurants, shopping and everything else one might need. We highly recommend these properties. And I might mention, the rates for what you get are a definite bargain!!

  on the way easy good people

  owner is good, across the street easy to park, there is a supermarket german penny, also there is a cafe shop, generaly closed, 500m walking there is a pizzaria good. not so comfortable but one day sleeping clean and good owner i recommend. we paid for 2 person one night incl. parking without breakfast 50 euro

  This place will stand out forever in my memory. I find most places I stay just fine when I travel. I’m pretty easygoing and I don’t get worked up about little things, so I’m fairly easy to please. Our family of five stayed here for two nights and we found it quite lovely. Food was nearby, parking was easy, the train was close, etc. Easy to deal. What really made this memorable was Dario’s customer service. The first evening we arrived, we talked for a long time about things to do and see, etc., and as we talked I mentioned it was our 20th anniversary trip. The next day, as an anniversary gift, he gave us a bottle of homemade, preservative-free Tuscan Chianti—no label, straight from a family acquaintance who has a vineyard (preservative-free is important for us because my wife is allergic to sulfite preservatives). I was stunned, and the wine was amazing. That level of customer service left my jaw on the floor. Can’t recommend Eurohome highly enough.

  This hotel is very convenient..it is in a good location on the main road.the owners are very friendly.rooms are simple and small but clean.also,the rooms are a very good price.it is perfect if you just need a place to sleep and want cheap.
