    An average hotel but great location

    The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the location is really good. We had taken their Junior Suite which is the best room according to them but the bathroom was very uncomfortable to use as there were no partition and entire room would get wet. Also the room sizes are quite small. The breakfast was decent and will highlight again the staff in this hotel is very friendly. If you get a tariff of around €200-€250 for junior suite with terrace then it is fine.

    Nice & Neat Boutique Hotel

    Nice neat boutique hotel. We took 2 rooms and they gave us adjacent rooms. One room was very neat and everything was fine. The second room had neat beds and bathroom but we noticed small black particles flying in the air. My husband said thats dust from the vents probably and maybe the room was not used for a long time. I have dust allergies so started to sneeze. On the whole the experience was good, friendly staff. We did not opt for breakfast as we wanted to check out local cafes. The best experience was there was a Christmas market within 10 min walk and a nice cafe for breakfast. Also we felt it was a safe neighborhood as we walked from the market to the hotel late in the night and it was quiet well lighted and people walking on the streets. We were there for 3 nights and we could experience lot of things around.

    Overpriced and disappointing

    Our stay at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to the stark mismatch between the exorbitant price and the room quality. The online images and descriptions painted a far more appealing picture than the reality. The rooms were outdated and badly in need of renovation. I found it difficult to justify the high cost for such a lackluster experience. Exercise caution when considering this hotel for your stay.

    the most horrible hotel and management! After we announced that we would be arriving after midnight, due to a flight delay, they accommodated us in a room on the mezzanine, right next to the breakfast room. We couldn't sleep because of the clatter of plates and cutlery. The room was full of mold, located on the mezzanine, with crumbling walls, damaged furniture, hair in the shower cabin and in the bathroom on the floor, dirty towels. In the morning at 7 o'clock we asked for a room where we could sleep (we had arrived at 3 in the morning), they proposed to change the room after lunch. We requested to go to a hotel where we can sleep at least for a few hours, they said that we can leave and that they will reimburse us the entire amount paid. Now, after a week, the manager no longer recognizes this, it is inadmissible and unthinkable for a 4-star hotel in the European Union.

    Great stay and exceptional staff.

    What a fabulous stay we had at this hotel. The room was lovely, very comfy bed and great air conditioning which cooled us down when we came back from exploring Florence in the hot weather.The staff were exceptional, a special mention to Fabio who always went above and beyond. We mentioned we were going on a trip I’ve Day do needed a taxi booking for 630. Not only did Fabio book the taxi he also arranged breakfast boxes for us as we wound muss breakfast. The rooftop terrace was lovely too to take in the views and provided one of the best spots to watch the fireworks to celebrate San Giovanni.
