    This is a beautiful boutique hotel with sauna that offers an unforgettable experience, but what truly sets it apart is its world-class team. I actually started keeping a list of staff members to praise individually, but it quickly became too long because every single person was extraordinary! Their genuine warmth, courtesy, and flawless professionalism made our stay perfect. The hotel is a perfect location to explore Florence and the many historical sites. Just a 15 minute walk to the major sites in the historical center.There are amazing roof decks with views of old florence. Modern sauna and steam room and pool.The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Certainly staying here on my next Firenze holiday!

    Really lovely hotel / apartment within walking distance of central Florence. Great facilities with pool/sauna and rooftop area for sun. Generously sized room was cleaned well every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Water and ice machine meant that hydration was available 24/7. Air con, warm shower, well equipped kitchen and fridge in room. Only slight drawback was lack of around the clock electricity (controlled by key card) which when staying all week meant fridge went off when out and about.

    This is a very comfortable apartment hotel with quiet and spacious rooms. There is a great spa with swimming pool and small sauna and massage area. It was a little way from the centre but they are extending the tram and so it will be accessible Quiet small breakfast restaurant in the garden with good local food and attentive staff We will be happy to return soon

    Very good location. Walking distance to attractions and places to eat and/or drink.Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are nice and are a good size. We enjoyed our five nights in Florence.

    Located just outside the city center, but seems to be where most of the locals moved to post Covid.10-15 minute walk to attractions in center histórico.I don’t recommend the regular Studio rooms which entry is exterior and face a large street if you are sensitive to sound due to car tire noises of cars cruising byI had to upgrade to a superior studio to get an indoor entrance. Kitchen is well equipped and room is spacious. I really enjoyed the pool and also booked a massage and it was incredibly relaxing / overall a nice spa of tranquility. Work station also convenient.In Feb my room was not well ventilated so my room got hotter than outside. But they restrict AC in spring & keep it off and won’t make exceptions by unit. That was tough for me bc it was rainy & I still left the windows open while sleeping. For that reason I may not consider stay here in springtime …
