    We were here on a tour. Our flights were cancelled and Marta at the front desk found us rooms and worked her magic so we could stay in our rooms. Everyone was helpful and courteous. A shoutout to the bartenders added to making this a great stay along with arranging a special dinner for us.

    We stayed three nights. Staff were excellent. Bar downstairs great and we ate in the respond night and it was top notch and price was very good. The room was a little tight but was offset by having a balcony. Breakfast also a standout.

    The location of the hotel to attractions is central and within walking distance . However the hotel is not so great. The rooms are small (expected in Europe) , but the bathrooms have been designed very badly. The shower stall is tiny with hardly any room to move and one needs to step out to dry after a shower. The Bidet and the toilet are placed opposite each other right outside the shower door making the maneuver out very uncomfortable. There were also mosquitoes in the room .     Group of 41 staying two nights. Other than the convenience of location, I would not recommend this hotel. Terrible plumbing creates noise all night long. You hear everything from toilet flush of your neighbors. Water flows into your bath tub with crazy noise when people in next door or upstairs take showers. Safety box (safe) doesn’t work. And telephone was not plugged in to wall. I had to walk long way to the reception to report the problem. And Chinese speaking lady came to take a look at it but couldn’t figure it out. She said to come to the reception desk and use their safety box. I was told to secure passports in the safe in Italy. Our group chatting room is buzzing with similar complaints. Not only would never book for myself but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone also.
