  Really lovely place to stay in Florence, location was 10/10 and couldn’t fault it, literally steps from the Duomo. The room was clean and air con was good. Really modern and clean bathroom, recently renovated I would say. We stayed in the basic double room with external private bathroom, note that there is no window (this was listed on booking.com but for some reason I didn’t realise this), however wasn’t a big deal as we literally were there to just sleep. Could be slightly noisy at times hearing reception and other guests but this didn’t bother us too much and wasn’t at night time. Secure access with keypad codes. 10 min walk from tram stop and train station, supermarket just across the street too. And reception are happy to keep luggage if needed.

  Great location, 1 min to Duomo and 10 minute walk from station. Room good size and modern bathroom, good shower. Cleaned daily. It is an older building and our room was at reception which did make it a bit noisier at times, but for all the time your in your room caused no issues. Check in and check out good and no other contact required with the staff. Secure access

  Excellent location right on the Piazza Duomo... ring the doorbell and check in on the 2nd floor... there is no lift as it's such an old building... staff are very friendly and helpful and will give tips on where to eat and visit etc... lovely room with a balcony and view of the Duomo... would stay here again.

  Location is spot on as us the very easy walk from the train station. Making this ideal for us. Stayed in the deluxe room. The view of the dome was special. Room is authentically Italian very dated. Bathroom is s good size also very dated but clean and functional. Shower is very small. One issue is the bedroom floor which is wood and coming up in places which you can easily scratch your feet. There are 82 steps from the street to the room. Not a big issue for us but maybe for some. Would stay again as place was clean and central.

  Steps away from Santa Maria del Fiore, the location is unbeatable. The place has lots of character, all the amenities you could need and the staff and owner are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
