Location

The hotel is strategically located in the middle of a park in the northern part of Florence, in the province of Tuscany. This area is known as the 'New City' of Florence. The Duomo cathedral, the airport and main motorway exits are only 3 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 121 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Stayed for two nights at the hotel. We had checked in late in the evening, and the receptionist was really helpful and quick. Breakfast was good and filling, something we have come to expect from a hilton. We did dinner at the hotel, and the options for dinner service were good. The rooms are spacious and well played out. Check out was quick as we had cleared the bill the previous night. We really had a good time at this hotel and will surely recommend it !! We did hire a car from the train station, which is a tram ride from the hotel, roughly about 15 minutes.Thank you for your hospitality!!     Modern with great access to trains, planes and trams.

    Excellent location from airport to take tram in to city center and then close to train. We only stayed a night before taking family to the airport and then catching the train to our next location but I could see this hotel being a good option for those not wanting to stay in city center but easy access to it or preferring a more modern accomodations. Tram was very easy to navigate. Hotel staff was very helpful. Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee machine, mini fridge and restaurant available. Nice outdoor patio for drinks. Hotel will hold luggage, call taxi and has parking (with fee) available.     Great stay! (if you don’t plan on doing your own laundry)

    We had a nice stay at this hotel! We decided to stay a bit out of the center, as it was more affordable, and the tram was easy to get to and from Santa Maria Novella station in about 20 minutes and you can buy those tickets with the front desk. The hotel staff were lovely and the room was great. One issue we ran into was laundry. We had been traveling for a while and were informed that the laundry service provided by the hotel doesn’t operate on the weekends, but we could do our own laundry in the basement. What they didn’t tell us is that there is just one washing machine and two dryers, each which takes at least 1 hour per cycle and it’s very hot down there. Unfortunately, one of the dryers was broken and we ended up spending over 3 hours trying to do laundry before leaving the next day. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to help us! Also we had dinner in the hotel on our last night and it was great!     Great neighborhood and safe to walk to nice restaurants

    Great safe location near T2 tram easy transportation to the city center, airport and Novella train station. No need to use a taxi. $1.70 you can move around by bus or train.     Wonderful 3 night at this clean hotel. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the tramway and only 5 quick stops to the center of Florence. The hotel staff made this vacation enjoyable and memorable. Jacopo at the front desk answered all of our first time visitor questions. The dining and bar service staff were OUTSTANDING in their courteous manner and attentive service. The food and drinks were excellent. The room was always clean and spacious. If we have the opportunity to return to Florence we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
