I wish I could put a 10 stars for this hotel , not sure where to start with ? The location is 5 minutes walking from the train station, 8 minutes walking from the Florence Dumo . Super clean, very nice and professional staff , Sara , Irene and the lady who prepares breakfast (sorry forgot her name) , talking about breakfast, was so good and perfect variety . The rooms super clean and got everything you need . Convenient and clean place to stay

Needed a place to stay for one night in Florence, and picked Hotel Alba Palace. My room was spotlessly clean, and the location was very convenient to the train station, trams, and city sights. The staff was helpful at all times. They locked up my bags when I arrived before check-in, and again when I checked out so I could spend more time enjoying the city before my train. Included in the rate was a nice breakfast and happy hour (one free drink + snacks), which were both nice perks. I would definitely stay there again! A little gem, a stone's throw away from the station

It was a beautiful hotel, only a 7 minute walk from the station and a 10-15 minute walk from the major sites. The reception and breakfast teams were friendly and accommodating and the room was of a good size with exceptional cleanliness. The hotel was good, but I was disappointed that the breakfast was fair and the room was noisy and had no view. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. It was very hard. It was clean and housekeeping came in every day. This hotel said it was just a few minutes walk from the train station and they were spot on. It’s an easy walk with a suitcase and backpack. The breakfast were amazing. The only shortfall was the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were I don’t even know if I call them pillows. They were bad.
