Both the bus and train stations are around 300 m from the city hotel and nightlife can be found just 1 km away. Peretola Airport is approximately 7 km from the hotel and Galileo Galilei Airport is roughly 95 km away.

    Good location, good room and service, mind the stairs

    Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Good efficient friendly service. In a quiet location with a tram stop just outside and heading to the airport. Only disadvantage is a flight of steps at the entrance to the building that is definitely inconvenient for people with mobility issues. There’s a lift after the stairs to the hotel several floors above.

    During the night my son had his iphone, AirPods and wallet stolen in his sleep. The thieves also stole the reception computer. Despite filing a complaint with the police, still not reimbursed by the hotel which is responsible for the security of the property and people staying there.Since then, my son has been afraid at night and sleeps very poorly.Don't book this hotel if you don't want to take a risk.Run away !!!

    Arrived before check in time but stored our baggage no problem. Got given a map that desk man went tho it telling us where to go and where best bars and resturants were.Room spotless, bathroom had eveything and bed comfy. The breakfast was a buffet style with pastrys, cooked meats and cornfakes.Right near the train station. Could not fault it

    Just 3 min on foot from the central train station,we chose it because we had some day trips with the train.So,for that reason location is excellent . And to be honest is not far at all from the historic center. Check in was on time ,reception guys were all helpful.They gave us a room in the 1st floor,room was big with big tv and big bathroom.Room was hot enough and they had plus an air condition. There is also a fridge and a safe box in the room. WiFi is free and works very good ! It was one of the cheapest rooms in Florence so we are happy to chose it !!!

    我地住3人房, 房好大! 浴室都好大!早餐D食物幾好, 唔係得包, 有炒蛋等等熱食! goodWIFI okLobby有水買, 仲要無特別貴但酒店個lift is too small, only for 1 person with 1 luggage box但價錢又唔貴, 好似HKD700/night, 唔洗HKD200/人地點方便, 係Florence train station 行過黎大約5-10分鐘值得一住
