    A1 hotel. Beautiful hotel. Great decoration. Great room . Great breakfast. Amazing barman and young man on reception. Complimentary lovely snacks in bar in evening and lots of them. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

    Great experience at the Cellai!Special recognition for Abdi for the warm hospitality and always having a smile on his face! He went above and beyond with his exceptional service and was always full of positive energy creating a great experience for all guests.Location is perfect it’s nice and central to all the Piazzas and shops where the activity is, but also far enough where it’s not too noisy. Hotel itself is full of character and vintage Italian charm. Highly recommended!

    The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. She told us twice our bags had not arrived when they had. They were unlabelled when they were (two big labels on each bag) No apology offered. Classic room was minuscule. Only one bedside light and had to literally squeeze between bed and suitcase in order to manoeuvre! Only one bottle of water per room per couple.Far from a 4star standard!

    The hotel Cellai was an all round great experience. It's very unique, with friendly and helpful staff. I found the breakfast was excellent.I also found it to be in a great location, with all major places of interest mostly within walking distance and SMN train station a 10 minutes walk away.The hotel was very clean and I had no issues at all. Would happily stay here again!

    Lovely hotel l loved the furnishings I travelled with my granddaughter and her friend they had a double room they were very happy with my single room on the 1st floor was closet size so l asked to be moved Francesca was really helpful and moved me to the 3rd floor the next day and l was happy with that room the location of the hotel was really good close to all the attractions and restaurants the bar at the hotel in the evening played really good music all in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay again
