    Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel

    Do not be fooled by the rating; this property is absolutely unworthy of its 5 stars. As frequent travelers of 4 and 5-star hotels, we wouldn't even rank this place as a 4-star. The location is completely anonymous and unpleasant, situated right next to a busy, noisy roundabout and a foul-smelling river overrun with rats and nutria. To make matters worse, the service is amateurish and completely disorganized, while the booking policies and commercial approach feel incredibly low-level and cheap. While we haven't used the restaurant as it looked unappealing. A huge disappointment, save your money and look elsewhere.

    Stayed here for two nights to wedding in Tuscany. Very nice hotel in what appears to be a repurposed industrial site along the river. Quiet and comfortable. Free parking on-site is nice too. Really comfortable bed, the most comfortable of the hotels we’ve stayed in during this trip!

    Nice hotel. Lovely bar inside. Beautiful grounds and good parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change about this hotel are the beds. They are not comfortable. Everything else was perfect, lots of room and storage space for luggage.

    The staff was very kind, specially Mauro (dinner) and Katharina ( breakfast)! Our dishes for dinner were excellent and the breakfast was sumptuous and fresh.Both kind, helpful, and super friendly.Bed was very good, room as well.
