    Great location. Walking from train station, most sights etc. as Florence main area is small.Room 318 faces a shaft, so you see a wall!Lift is very slow, but there, so mixed blessing.2 single mattresses joined with sheet for queen bed, so gap in between. Very uncomfortable.Same B'fast everyday. Yes everyday. Not even the eggs change! Though quality of items served is good.Room size is adequate.Smiling staff.     Amazing hotel perfect location near the train station absolutely beautiful inside lovely room. The staff are amazing they couldn’t do enough for us and our baby. They put a cot in the room for us free of charge and gave us a map of Florence and explained where things were. The breakfast was great quality and the coffee was superb and they aHad all the alternative milks which was great for me. Honestly can’t speak highly enough absolutely great stay would highly recommend.
