    A great location to explore Florence !

    This hotel is a great location to explore Florence. It is a one minute walk to the Doumo and the surrounding area. The hotel's lobby is located on the second floor and is accessible by a small elevator. There is absolutely no parking almost anywhere. We suggest you take a train or the shuttle from the airport. The staff is very excellent, and very professional. This is our second time staying here this year and we certainty would stay here again, basically because of its location

    Our room was spacious enough and located in the heart of Florence, which we really liked. The staff were helpful, and we could reach almost everywhere on foot. However, breakfast could have been better. Considering the price we paid, we expected a higher-quality breakfast. Also, the bed was not comfortable.

    A great find in a terrific location in the centre of Florence. The staff were very helpful friendly and attentive and were multilingual. Room was compact but quite adequate and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of cafes, restaurants within a 100 metre radius. Great for a short stay. Only criticism is there was no fridge in the room. Tidy breakfast area on the first level. Would certainly visit again.

    Great location, right by the Duomo. Room was noisy and a bit run down, the shower holder was broken and reported but never fixed (I am not surprised however, I have seen exactly these comments within reviews for this Hotel). The room window had a view of the Duomo bell tower which was nice, but unfortunately the curtains were too small and offset from the wall to the point light flooded in very early in the morning. The bed and mattress were poor quality (hard and noisy) as was the room storage that creaked loudly as you tiptoed by...The breakfast was limited but acceptable. The reception area was open all the time which was nice. OK Hotel as a base close to the centre of Florence but don't expect to be pleasantly surprised.

    We stayed for two nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very good with a good sized bathroom. In fact super clean and very quiet had everything we needed. Overall breakfast was plentiful and continental and was just want we needed to set us up for the day. If you coming to Florence and need a good location in the centre then you will not go wrong. Plus it's a 10 min walk to the Tram station for the airport at 1.70 euro each way. We would stay again thank you.
