Facility

4 single rooms and 20 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower.     Filipo and Sofia were extremely helpful, and made our stay feel like a home away from home. We had several instances where we needed help planning activities, and logistics with rental cars, and they always approached it with a smile and friendly conversation. 10/10 experience, breakfast was fantastic with great customer service.     The room was lovely, the location was perfect in the heart of everything, the staff was attentive and kind. Sofia was a gem, she recommended the best stationary store from my trip Fabriano Boutique. Breakfast on the rooftop was also lovely. I would definitely return.     Boutique hotel in a great location! Nice little touches

    Great location!!! They have a 24 hour lounge that has free espresso, cappuccino and water which was perfect to come back and rest our feet in between our long busy days of exploring.     Absolutely loved Hotel Milu! We only had one night in Florence and wish we had more, and would definitely stay here again! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Really good breakfast along with a welcome drink, coffee machine, and water machine up on the 5th floor. The room was very comfortable for 2 adults and one child and very conveniently located do all things in Florence!     We stayed here for just one night, because we are in Italy for a wedding. The location was perfect and walking distance to all of the things you want to see in Florence. It was clean and nice. The staff were INCREDIBLE!!! So helpful and quick to assist with anything! Fifth floor is awesome for breakfast and drinks!!!! Also loved having the coffee and water station available at all times.
