Location

This attractive city hotel is centrally located directly in the tourist centre just a short distance from diverse parking facilities. Public transport departs from stops that lie just 100 m away and there are nightclubs, many shopping venues, countless restaurants, bars and endless entertainment venues to be found in the vicinity (500 m - 1 km away). The city centre can easily be reached on foot in just 30 minutes.

Facility

The hotel has 6 suites, 4 single rooms and 8 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace is included as standard. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available.     Super friendly staff who make your stay very pleasant. We travel by bicycle and they arranged a parking spot in their garage. And lots of other things. Very personal touch. And a fantastic breakfast. They made us feel at home! The location was also great: everything can be done in foot!     Lovely 3 day stay at a good value, friendly hotel in a lovely neighbourhood

    Had a lovely 3 day stay at the hotel. The staff working on reception were helpful giving us some very good eating recommendations and help with using the public transport. We stayed in the suite family room on the top floor which was very spacious and had a great views of the city and surrounding hills. The room was very clean and had a mini bar which served well for white wine cooling. It also had an outdoor hot tub which we didn’t make much use of but that was the weathers fault not the hotels. The breakfasts were really good and relaxed with a good range of items. The lady working the breakfast room was so lovely and friendly. We used a separate car park which was very close to the hotel on Via Giotto (15 euros a day). It’s about 1 mile walk to the centre and main attractions but there are several streets to walk down to get there which were all very interesting. You get the feeling you are staying away from the tourist areas which is something that suits us. Would recommend this place to others.     This hotel was in a perfect location. It was close to the river and we could walk everywhere we needed to get to. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious our room was very comfortable. We even had a balcony off our room to sit and could see the Duomo. There is a small but comfortable space outside in the back which is covered with an umbrella for rain. There are wonderful and delicious restaurants close by. We could walk into the main area of Florence from here. I would recommend!     This is a wonderful hotel in Florence! Me and my family of four stayed in the quadruple room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent air conditioning. Very welcoming staff at the front desk! They also had a great breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Florence.     We spent five night here. Despite this being a small hotel cannot fault it. Room was a good size for two people and had a small balcony overlooking garden. Everything spotlessly clean and all linen changed daily. Breakfast very good and plenty of variety. Although about a mile outside of Florence centre it is a pleasant walk and also the bus service is excellent and cheap. We ate locally in the evening and there are some very good restaurants just around the corner. It was nice to be away from the crowds and eat with local people. ALL staff were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help. Would highly recommend this hotel.
