English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     There is no staff here to help, there is just a list of names and a basket of keys at the desk. Advertised breakfast does not exist, dirty floors and no soap, just shampoo packets. We wandered the hotel and found someone cleaning rooms and they verified there is no breakfast snd no soap.

    Six of us booked to stay at this hotel but became increasingly worried by the poor reviews it has been receiving this year. As we had booked with Expedia, we rang and asked for verification of what the hotel was offering ( air con, wi fi, food and drink, 24 hour front desk etc.) Apparently, once money is paid to Expedia, the contract you have is then with the hotel although we and they were unable to contact anyone to speak to at the venue.So having parted with £1,800 we were not in a position to book alternative accommodation.On arrival, as feared, the front doors were not locked despite it being midnight. Keys for all guests were left in a basket on the desk. Throughout our 3 night stay, we never saw a member of staff apart from a fleeting glimpse of one person servicing the rooms.The breakfast bar was empty of food, equipment or even a glass for us to have some water in our rooms. There was no vending machine, so absolutely no food or drink of any kind.The sheets and towels were thankfully clean and the bathrooms for the most part serviceable. One member of our group had a shower full of hair and one cistern refused to fill.One room was an ice box that required several blankets to keep our friend warm whilst none of the other rooms had air con that worked.Most worryingly were the electiricity sockets hanging out of the walls which were a frightening fire hazard.There was no one to raise our concerns with as no one appeared throughout our stay and the number available was not answered. I would advise everyone to avoid booking through Expedia who claim no responsibility for advertising claims or contractual agreements and to avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Worst hotel ever.

    We had called and emailed to say we was gonna be late and they said that's fine we can still check in. However when we arrived just past 12am there was no worker, a basket of keys left on reception and no instructions how to check in. We called the 247 emergency number, no answer. We ended up walking around florence at 1am to try and find somewhere open for the night. When we did check in the next day the staff was rude, and we had paid for a bathtub but was then told there was no room with bathtub on site. I would say more if I could.

    Do not stay at this hotel, it is a scam.Very little of what was advertised is true. There was no air conditioning, as such the room was boiling hot. There was no 24/7 reception desk and the hotel appeared to be run by one member of cleaning staff. The room was disgusting, there was no toilet seat in the bathroom, no hot water, the shower was filthy and there was mould on the walls. Plug sockets and lights were hanging off the wall and appeared dangerous to use. Furniture in the room was broken and unsafe to sit on. There was no Wifi as advertised and the TV was broken. We were provided an emergency number to discuss these problems with an off-site manager. We rang several times and they never picked up.

    Rubbish , we arrived at 1 o clock (in the morning) and no one at reception , rang emergency number several times and no answer , keys thrown all over reception , front door of the hotel wide open too , extremely unsafe , no where for rental car , left , stay away
