    Amazing location, friendly staff and perfect stay. Rooms are unique and quaint, huge ceilings and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, fabulous pastries and coffee, eggs and bacon. Vivian makes a great cappuccino!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for the hotel itself. It was advertised as a castle experience, but it felt more like an old, outdated hotel that didn't justify the high price. There was no room service, no real lobby, and very few amenities. For what we paid, we expected a much better experience. I wouldn't stay here again.

    Perfect stay, stunning scenery from the Terrace & great customer service

    My stay was fabulous, i didn't expect the hotel to be that nice and the location was excellent and the best thing was the terrace. Stunning scenery, it overlooks the whole of Florence! It is a cozy and old-fashioned hotel, beautifully maintained. I would stay there again. One of the best things about it that it is located in a quiet beautiful street away from the crowds and the noise. Excellent customer service as well provided by all. The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast, the service was great but I didn't like the quality of the food and it becomes very crowded with limited space to sit. Next time I will opt out from breakfast, but otherwise my stay was perfect. A special thanks to the terrace hostess Sylvia for making my solo time at the terrace special. I loved the special touch of leaving the book written by the owner, that was an added bonus.

    Perfect location, the highlight was sitting outside on the tower terrace reading my booking enjoying mid-afternoon sun. Rooms great size for family of 3. Breakfast enough choice . Staff very friendly will be recommending to friends
