    The genuine care the staff has for each guest is amazing. The cleanliness of the entire property is astounding. Food was fabulous & price was not bad.

    My daughter and I spent 4 nights at this charming B&B in the heart of the city. We were well aware of the stairs and practiced a lot before travelling! Gabriella was a great hostess and our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was DIY but there was so much choice, and it was no trouble for us. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning - we had a lovely stay in a fantastic location!

    We booked a standard room for 2 nights,room was okay ,walls were dirty with black marks.Bathroom was tiny with barely any pressure of hot water at night to shower. Towels weren't changed at all but bed was made daily.Breakfast was delightful and nice.The location was brilliant but the 75 steps with 18kg suitcase after walking in rain from station was not a highlight for us !! Exhausted with no help from staff .The thought of going up and down the steps during our stay was a Exhausted experience. Wouldn't recommend to guests with arthritis in knees. Hotel next time with lifts !!

    Beautiful B&b in the heart of Florence, continental breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip to Italy, easy to find and an excellent base to get lost in the wonderful Florence streets, staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us.

    Spent 3 nights in executive appartment booked with booking.com. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all main spots in Florence.The communication and the info for self check-in was OK.The executive appartement is huge, very clean. The breakfast was plentyfull but only sweet.The only negative are the windows.The building is old, the windows very thin. Therefore the nights were extremely noisy, difficult to sleep.For this appartement the ear plugs is a must.Sadly the late check out is not possible at this facility.
