    Well equipped apartment style hotel with incredible staff

    Incredible apartment very close (10min) walk to all the sites you want to be around but far enough to get the super touristy crowd. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Cristina is amazing!). Elevators for top floors. Has everything you need for a short or long stop in Firenze. Highly recommend.

    PERFECT location, CLEAN, SPACIOUS rooms, wonderful service. Quiet atmosphere in the heart of Florence. This place was perfect for my daughter and I to spend our once in a lifetime trip. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night. Could not say more amazing things. I will be back to Florence and absolutely booking my stay here!

    Just got here today. There was a mixup on the reservation as per room amenities. No worries, the young lady at check in was awesome. Everything was straighten out quickly. We love the apartment. It is fabulous. The staff could not be any better. The location is superb. I can tell already, we'll be back. Top notch, first cabin.

    The lady at check in was amazing. There were a few glitches as we booked through a third party and not all the details were in order. None the less, she sorted it out graciously and went beyond that. This place is beautiful, we will be back. It is clean, spacious and well appointed. Very tasteful. This indeed could be home away from home. Great location, great apartment, but the lady at check in, made the difference. She is attentive and kind. 5 stars is not enough. Book this.

    The Kairos Apartments in Florence are amazing and the perfect place to stay to escape the chaos and crowds of Florence. Our apartment was clean, so quiet, nicely cooled, and tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our family of five! The beds are comfortable and we were thankful to be able to do some laundry. We appreciated having a small kitchen to keep food and snacks we purchase at nearby shops/markets. It is centrally located within easy walking distance to all of the top attractions. Plus, there is a great e-bike tour company right around the corner if you want to take a ride through the countryside. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Florence!
