  My favorite hotel of the trip!

  This was such a find! The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom was modern and bright with great lighting and a large shower. Outside of the rooms in main hall there was such lovely decor that it made you feel that you were staying at a friends place in Florence and not a hotel. We were lucky that we had a fantastic view of the Duomo from the window which was an unexpected surprise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing stay in the heart of Florence. This was, by far, the hotel I loved the most on this trip.

  Look No Further – A Perfect Stay!

  Absolutely loved everything about this place – the hotel, the location, and especially the staff! We traveled with a group of friends and booked four rooms. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable.The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Duomo, amazing shopping, delicious restaurants, and the train station. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep.The staff were incredible – super responsive and always ready to help. We had an early check-in and a very early check-out, and they made both hassle-free. One of my friends accidentally left behind two luxury hats, and the hotel staff helped coordinate with a shipping vendor to get them safely sent back to the US. We received them within a week!Thank you so much for the outstanding service and hospitality. We had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be back!

  Well located, clean room, but noisy

  Pro's: You would be hard pressed to find a better located B&B in Florence, only a couple of minutes walk to the Cathedral, with our room over looking it. The rooms were comfortable, with a great common area for snacks and coffee.Con's: The room was very loud as the latches on the window were broken. A couple of places to hang clothes and towels would be very helpfulConclusion: Worth staying there for the location alone. If you're a night owl, or party late into the evening, would be ideal, otherwise, pack ear plugs

  Second Visit

  Made a second visit to this lovely hotel. Great location, accommodating staff and lovely room. Even though the hotel overlooks one of the main streets, it is quiet inside and very secure. What more do you need? Breakfast is available at a sister hotel a short walk away and a nice way to start the day.

  Comfortable room with Duomo view

  We arrived around the check-in time and were able to get into our room right away. Reception area was hot, but room was cooled well. The room was cute with antique purple theme. The window opened right onto the street of the Duomo. I loved having the window open to hear the bells, but when closed it was also very quiet.The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The antique decor gave the historic feel of being in Florence. There was a mini fridge with a couple of waters inside. Shower was a little small and door coming off the track. Couldn't get the safe to work, so I didn't use it.There was also a Nespresso machine in the common area and some small snacks. There was also an elevator. Price was very reasonable for the location.
