    Very nice hotel!

    My husband and I stayed here four nights in mid-April. The hotel is in a great location. Our room and bathroom were both good size with nice amenities. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet - never heard any noise from other rooms or street noise. There are quite a few restaurants, bars and gelato shops nearby and we enjoyed every one we went to. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was quite adequate for getting you started in the morning. The attendants were quick with any requests and clearing tables. Will definitely stay here again!

    The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Although we hadn't originally booked this hotel, I am so glad that this is where we stayed. Edwardo and his colleagues on the front desk assisted us with directions to the local attractions, and Luca in the hotel bar/restaurant enjoyed a chat with us when he wasn't advising us on the best local wine choices.     Ok hotel , but very expensive

    We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful all the time. The room was clean and comfy, however the bathtub was so high, we have a hard time getting in and out, if u are older it will be very risky which might cause u to fall so confirm this before booking. Access to the room u have to go up some stairs also. The breakfast has good selection. This hotel is less than 5 mins walking from the train station and walkable to all the other major tourist attraction. Would recommend this hotel to stay when in Florence, however the price is a bit high I guess it is because of the centre location.
