    What a wonderful experience we had. We were upgraded to a beautiful room which was a bonus. Welcome drink was a blessing after a long day’s travel. We were met by Dario who was very helpful. The rooftop terrace with gorgeous view over the Arno river was a bonus. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

    We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond — we were surprised with a free room upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco to help celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture.The location is perfect, right on the river and only a 10-minute walk to the Duomo and city centre. Our room was on the second floor with access to a large shared roof terrace — ideal for taking a break during the day or relaxing with drinks in the evening.The room itself was beautiful — high ceilings, nicely decorated, and I believe it was a Queen room with a bathtub. Everything was cleaned and made up daily to a high standard.Would absolutely recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

    We had a lovely stay at this hotel. AC worked just ok, but glad it wasn’t the height of summer. Staff was great, room was very nice, we were met with Prosecco upon check-in. The only bad thing was the mattress was really worn out and not very comfortable.

    Do not believe on the photos and the description. Although staff were very friendly and available, the hotel was more like an apartment complex turned into a hotel. Not a reception area of a hotel. More like a marketing scheme. small rooms. Elevator that only two ants would fit in. though clean but old boutique type of setting. Do not reserve this if you are with a family.

    Charming boutique hotel in wonderful riverfront location. As others have said it’s next door to the USA consulate so the road is blocked off with no traffic which is a rarity in this busy city. Ground floor deluxe room, nicely furnished, wardrobe and desk and room service ( despite what one negative review says). A bonus that the non alcoholic drinks in the little fridge are complimentary. Nice shower and toiletries. It’s a very pleasant riverside stroll to the sights - perhaps 15 minutes but certainly walkable. Many restaurants in the roads around but we recommend the Industuria.
