  Lovely family run, hotel. We felt at home.The location was near the train station.20mins away from Academia gallarey.For 27mins away from Uffizi artmuseum.25mins to Mercato Centrale.To Venice, there are high way bus servuces from "Villa Costanza bus terminal".we used a tram from the stop call" Porta Al Prato-Leopolda".It was only 5-7mins walk from the hotel.とても安心して泊まれるホテルでした。私達の他にも日本人観光客が 泊まっていました。部屋は、トイレ、シャワー室が兼用で、シャワー 室は透明なガラス戸、ドライヤー、デビ(おしりを洗う場所) タオルレールヒーター、ボディソープ、石鹸、ヘアキャップ、ドリンクが設置されてました。また、タオル、バスタオルも人数分完備ベッドのある部屋は広めに感じました。エアコン、小さい冷蔵庫もあります。4人1室と家族全員同じ部屋であったのはありがたかったです。2泊朝食バッフェ付きで、しかもブリスタの、カプチーノ等本格コーヒーが楽しめ、シリアル、サラダ、からスクランブル、ゆで卵、ソーセージ、ケーキ、ホットケーキといったバラエティの豊富でした。ありがたいことに、チェックアウト後に、荷物を預かって下さったのでフィレンツェ最終日も観光をのびのび楽しむ事ができました。

  Poorly cleaned. Very small room. View to wall and messy backyard. Very simple breakfast. Stayed for 5 nights and asked for other room but they said there was none, even though I samband there were other rooms available online. Breakfast staff was nice. Would not stay here again.

  We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, staff are very nice and try to accommodate you, the sheets , towels are clean, beds are not comfortable, it is so soft because it has soft mattress on top. As far as location, it is located in quiet street but it is not in good area. One side of it toward train is not good for walk , no place for pedestrians and watch putt for cars. Breakfast is just good to eat slice of bread, it seems they cook hard boiled eggs once for couple days so it is not fresh, the fruits except apple and banana are can fruits. Coffee is good. There is always smell in the evening in the entrance hall and walls are not so clean. In general the hotel is 3 stars. But the receptionists are always so nice.

  Great value in Florence

  I liked that hotel. Not that luxury or modern, but a typical, good, family-run hotel in the Florence historical center. Quite close to the main train station and about 1-1,5 kilometer away from the main attractions, so easy to go around, especially in such a walkable city.Despite having a lot of customers, it was quiet and clean, the room was not that big, apart from the bathroom which was bigger than the rest of the room.I liked the breakfast, despite the lack of variety, it was quite tasty and plenty enough to start your day. The coffee is excellent, as expected.The staff are very helpful and the dog is beautiful. Would recommend as it offers a great value for a few days trip in a fantastic city.

  This family run hotel is very nice and at a good price for Florence. Rooms were a reasonable size for Florence. The bathroom was good and the bed comfortable. The room was very clean. Breakfast was included and had cooked and continental options. Staff were very friendly and helpful
