    Road noise a nuisance

    Large bedroom with double and two single beds. Clean linen and good pillows. Open wardrobe with a few hangers and drawers underneath. No mirror in bedroom and not all plug sockets worked. Good shower when there was hot water. Towels changed everyday, they are very thin. Lovely rooftop bar overlooking the Duomo. Our room was on the first floor which made it extremely noisy not only from the traffic but one morning around 4am the drains were being pumped and the noise and smell was absolutely terrible. Other hotel users seemed to enjoy slamming doors. Reception staff extremely helpful. Would not stay again due to noise.

    the hotel was very nice, the bathroom was amazing with a big shower, our room was on the 4th floor so it had a beautiful view of the duomo, they had more pillows in the closet which we used, there was room service and free toiletries. the only problem was that our bathroom door wouldnt fully close. overall the hotel was amazing, with amazing staff

    We loved this hotel. Right in the centre and could see the bell tower from our room. Room was clean and staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. There was no breakfast included but there is a cafe next door that opens at 6am. Nice roof top bar with fantastic view.It is noisy outside early in the morning with street cleaners etc but it's a city centre. A beautiful city and the hotel is good.

    Group of friends, went to the hotel terrace on a recommendation to watch the sunset hanging out and the experience was awful. The waitresses (females) were stressed because there were so many customers. After giving us a rather rude welcome, they seated us at a table where we couldn't see anything. This isn't anyone's fault, but it can happen. We waited 15 minutes and, as no one was serving us, we decided to get up and leave, but the waitress followed us to the elevator and said we had to pay, either for a drink or because we had taken photos. We agreed to pay for a drink that we didn't even get. There are much better places in Florence to watch the sunset without being treated rudely. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

    This hotel was a fair and solid choice for the price. I stayed in a quadruple room, which was clean and spacious. Just keep in mind that there’s no air conditioning—only fans—but we knew that in advance and were prepared.The location is excellent, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern and recently renovated, which was a nice surprise. They didn’t provide much shampoo, so it’s a good idea to bring your own or ask for more if needed.Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep while spending most of your time exploring the city.
