    Reasonably priced and located 8 mins walk from the railway stationIts about 15 mins walk from the historic part of Florence. Its all very flats not hard walking Hotel was spotless, secure and beds were super comfy.Id stay again

    Geat location hotel for visiting Florence!

    This hotel was ideal for our trip. 20mins walk to the main centre and conveniently close to the train station for travel to the airport. The check in staff were friendly and accommodating and gave us all the information we needed. The spa lady was friendly and gave us all the information for the sauna, steam room etc. With towels provided. Our room was great, clean and it was very spacious and had a big balcony over looking the pool. Most of the time it was quiet. Apart from the first 2 night we had a family with a small child who was screaming most of the time. You could hear everything even when they'd gone into their room. Our room was cleaned most days. Breakfast wasn't anything exciting. We only went in twice because it had some noisy guests who made it unpleasant. We arrived at 10am 1 morning to nothing left. ( Breakfast was 7am till 1030am) no coffee, no milk, no eggs, no bacon and no pastries. It should have all items till 1030am at least. Overall the hotel is small but pleasant and in a good location with a good atmosphere most of the time. It was reasonably priced as we stayed just before Easter. So was value for money.

    We left after one night of a multi night booking because we felt genuinely uncomfortable continuing our stay.The surrounding area did not feel safe to us, especially at night, and that alone would have made us reconsider. In addition, the hotel itself was deeply disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness felt questionable, particularly in the spa and common areas, which did not meet our expectations for hygiene.When we raised concerns, the response from staff felt dismissive rather than helpful, which only reinforced our decision to leave early.Based on our experience, we would strongly caution travelers, especially families or those sensitive to cleanliness and safety, to research carefully before booking.

    Lovely stay, great location for travelling.

    We stayed here for three nights for a birthday trip. The hotel is modern, clean and perfectly placed for travel. The tram stops right outside and it’s a quick walk to the station for Pisa, most attractions are within 15-20 minutes. Breakfast had a good selection, I’d recommend asking for coffee from the kitchen as it’s better than the urn one, which is weak. There is a lovely little cafe in the corner which does reasonable food and I highly recommend the Osteria Vecchio Cancello for dinner it’s only a ten minute walk away and does an amazing Florentine Steak. There is a lovely veranda with views of the Cathedral Dome. The spa was a fabulous addition, we went twice after a long day of sightseeing and had it to ourselves! Definitely recommend.

    Really nice room. Comfortable bed and pillows were amazing! Spa jacuzzi water could have been a bit hotter. We would stay again. Easy walk from SMN train station.
