Location

The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the Firenze Nord exit of the A1 Motorway and the historic centre of Florence is 20 min away by public bus. There are plenty of shops in Gigli, which is some 8 km from the hotel. Florence - Peretola Airport is 1.5 km away and Galileo Galilei Airport is about 90 km from the hotel.

Facility

11 single rooms and 100 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by a lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     The hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff were very indifferent. The corridors smelled awful. You have to pay for hot water for tea and coffee. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there. It's a very poorly maintained hotel.

    這是一個非常糟糕的經歷，家具是破損壞了，窗簾上有很多洞，床頭櫃和牆之間有很多灰塵，廁所的排風口也滿是灰塵。WiFi 不能用，而且清潔工早上 8 點開始清理房間，你可以聽到吸塵器的聲音和水流下管道的聲音。這是一個非常不愉快的住宿經歷……我已經向 Agoda 提出了正式投訴，但酒店根本沒有回應我的投訴……It was a very bad experience, the furnitures where broken, the curtains had many holes on it, there were many dust between the bedside cabinets and the wall, also it was full of dust at the exhaust vent in the toilet. The WiFi doesn’t work, furthermore, the cleaner start cleaning the rooms at 8am and you can hear all These hoovering noise and the water running down the pipe. It was a very unpleasant stay… I have made a formal complaint to Agoda and the hotel did not respond to my complaint at all…

    Easily the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. The elevator is equally as small, barely fitting two people plus carry on luggage. Room was clean and fine - ac took some finagling to get it working. The bed was too firm but manageable for one night. It’s very noisy because you can hear trains running til midnight and then start up before dawn. Front desk staff are very friendly, speak English, and very helpful. They said a 2km cab ride to airport would be 12€, when in fact it was 22€, so that was disappointing.

    Run down hotel. Room left much to be desired. No coffee maker, water, usb ports in room. Advertise airport shuttle but was told it would be $20 euro so easier to get a taxi. I did not pay for breakfast since I was leaving too early but my friends said the breakfast was awful. There was a big tour group eating when they arrived for breakfast and not much left to eat.

    I stayed at the hotel from May26-29, 2025. I would like to thank the ladies running the place ( Daniela, Sara, Serena, Ariana) among others for their impeccable service and unlimited support during my stay. They made what turned out to be a nightmare experience (I was robbed) to a manageable one and as pleasant as can be. I highly recommend this hotel for their service and support specially when things go wrong for the guest. My room was cleaned everyday and well taken care of. Definitely got my moneys worth.
