    Beautiful Florence

    These quaint apartments are all about location location . A minute away from the cathedral and in walking distance of all the main attractions . ThereWas also a lovely roof terrace with views of thr cathedral and lovely ambient bar.Florence is a beautiful city but it involves lots of walking and stair climbing . The Italian pavements are very hard underfoot so be prepared with good footwear .Don’t miss the sunset fromMichael angelo square . It is advisable to get a cab as it’s a long walk up and is relatively cheap . We paid 10 euros from the bridge . The walk down is fairly pleasant and easy . There is a nice bar with live music to add to the beauty . Many had taken their own beer and wine to watch the sunset in the steps . Get there an hour before sunset to secure your spot as it’s very popular .

    Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The room was very clean and though everything is self-service, I had a number of questions prior and during our stay and they were extremely responsive (via WhatsApp). You can get clean towels, more toilet paper, and an iron anytime you want and you CAN’T beat the location! Overall, would recommend highly.

    Previously stayed here before new ownership. No terrace access. No fresh towels unless you can catch someone on the third floor to get new towels. Your room is left for you to clean up each day. But there are no cleaning supplies to d this with. No designated place to put trash etc. Door access can be an issue that takes them awhile to resolve. Not a great experience when compared with prior owners

    Me and my wife were not satisfied by the provided room cleaning . We didn't expect full cleaning every day but at least the toilet bin supposed to be changed during the stay. When I asked for the bin to be changed on the 3rd day of our stay, they said they provide a cleaning only after 7 days of sAlso I don't want to mention the dirty glasses and the towels were not changed because those were minor issues. Therefore, the hotel does not meet the hygiene standard in the accommodation sector. My advice to managementWhen the sanitary bin is full, people flush the sanitary napkins down the toilet. if the toilet is clogged, it will cost more than the maid's daily salary.

    We stayed Dec 2019 with Fashion Delight and was delighted with the location. You can look out the window and see The Duomo and hear the bells toll every morning. It was centrally located to a lot of other sites. The staff is super friendly and will help you with questions about what to do. We visited Fiesole, Lucca, and Pisa while we were in Florence all with the help of the staff's recommendation. Breakfast consisted of boil eggs, meats (salami & prosciutto), pastries, fresh fruits, three different kinds of juices and cereal. You can easily fill up on breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day and toiletries were always replenished. We would stay here again if we come back to Florence.
