    My husband and went for 4 nights.. a birthday present bought by our sons for their dad’s 70th birthday …( sad they didn’t want to recognise this ) The location is perfect over looking the river and all tourist attractions … The hotel is clean tidy and no frills … staff are very mannerly and pleasant … Buffet breakfast simple & self service even coffee.. we asked for poached eggs and was charged 14euros extra . Our room 202 had the best view extremely small and no storage for clothes … just a wardrobe which was fine for hanging.. furniture consisted of 3 basic tables either side of bed and basic table under tv .. so we lived out off suitcases from then on … Overall very pricy for this basic hotel …

    We travel to Florence regularly and this is our first stay at this amazing hotel. From check-in to check-out it was red carpet service the entire way! The location is ideal with a wonderful view of the Arno and Ponte Santa Trinita. Make sure to take a moment to learn about the 4 Seasons statues that are on the bridge. Lovely story. The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious. We only had drinks in the restaurant but it was amazing with gorgeous frescos on the ceiling. Everyone we met from the hotel were very kind and welcoming! Note: best way to communicate with this hotel is via WhatsApp.

    Its a nice hotel in historic location with a so good staff that made are holliday one of the best times that we had . Also room was very clean and no noise at night. Already there was a good restaurant with nice staff and delicious Italian food. Location was so amazing for to go to every historic places. Thanks a lot from hotel staff for their charming welcome and goodbye.

    Wonderful hotel in a great location. I would happily return on my next trip to Florence.Clean rooms with a wonderful view of the Arno River. Hotel is located close to the city's most important monuments and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

    We just came back from our weekend trip to Florenz and I can highly recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect. When we arrived, I looked out of the window and had the most amazing few of the sunset and also the the people gathering at the bridge listening to a street musician. Via de' Tornabuoni where you can find all the designer stores is just around the corner, 5 mins to walk to Piazza Republica and a few more minutes to the dome. We also really liked the interior design of the room, the bathroom and the whole hotel, which is very classy and elegant - but in a modern way. The breakfast buffet was o.k., altough the coffee machine (milk foam for cappucino) didn´t work properly all 3 days. Also we really missed a la carte eggs (eg. fried egg, omelet) which now is standard in good 4 * hotels as well, but consider this as whining on a high level.
