    The hotel is located at approx 30-40 minutes by tram from downtown.The room was larger than similar hotels and clean. In the room a fridge but no coffee machine.The breakfast can be improved but it is ok.Personnel is very kind and professional.There is a nice space outdoor even if this is a town hotel where to relax in the evening.     Hotel is okay staff is lovely

    The food at this hotel isn’t good. And the rooms were stifling hot! The staff was lovely tying to help us feel more comfortable. They were friendly and lovely while we stayed there! The location required transportation to city center. While we found it easy; others did not! It was far for many in our tour group!     My experience was not positive. Breakfast was disappointing, with little variety and quality. The rooms were too small, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, I felt a lack of friendliness from the staff. The dining room, in particular, was very small, and the service was poor.     Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was quite disappointing, especially in terms of service and hospitality.Although the outdoor area is very beautiful and inviting, we were asked to leave when we sat down to eat a simple snack that we had brought with us. There were no signs or notices indicating that eating in that area was not allowed, which made the situation feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and unwelcoming.Additionally, the breakfast had a fixed time from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, and at exactly 9:00, staff began asking guests to leave the dining area. This rigid and abrupt approach did not feel appropriate, especially for guests on vacation.On top of that, the hotel is not well located. It is far from the city center and from most tourist attractions, which made getting around much less convenient.Overall, these issues left a negative impression. I would not return to this hotel and do not recommend it to others.     The hotel is very nice and comfortable..The rooms are spacious too.. the staff is also good we enjoyed our stay here.. everything is perfect specially the sitting area they have outside..
