    The staff were very friendly however this is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very dated and the air conditioning was certainly from the old days. However the beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, and the lifts do cause some concern.The hotel is a fair distance away from the main attractions so be prepared for some long walks, although to be fair the staff were helpful in organising taxis.

    We were looking for an affordable space for our 4 day stay in Florence and this was perfect. We had a very spacious room with a great view! Staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent recommendations. Tram and main train station of Florence was walking distance which was very convenient. There was a laundromat across the street that was easy to use which was very helpful and a couple of coffee shop options nearby for the early Morning. If you’re looking for something convenient, spacious and affordable this is a great option.

    Booked for us by Trailfinders as only place where could get a room for 3 people as daughter too young for own room. Rated 4* which meant tax was €7 per person per night. Quite expensive for the standard of accommodation. Room was very plain and bathroom small and dark. It is quite a long way from the centre and is not in the nicest area, although there are buses and trams. We would not stay there again through choice, although Florence is a beautiful city and was not over-crowded, even in August. Food and drink generally cheaper and of a higher quality than England. Took bus for day to Siena which is definitely worth it. Stunning city. So, I would say, rooms are OK if you are up to walking long distances but it is not cheap and not in a great area.

    Suite spotless, beds comfortable staff excellent, price good for location, the closer into the center the more you pay so a 5 minute walk is okay with me. Train station within walking distance.I would stay here again.Loved the water cooler in the lobby, reduce reuse and help save our environment, thank you

    Great, fully equipped appartment with: hall with dining table, chairs, couch and tv, , fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balconies. It is about 20 minutes walk by cattedrale Santa Maria del Fiore.No problem with parking, it is possible to park in hotel parking for 12 eur/ day.Nice staff.
