    Unique experience,Florence in the heart

    Great experience, we stayed one night. It is located a few steps from the Duomo and the center of Florence, a few steps there is also the tram. Nearby there are many shops with souvenirs, bars, Mc Donald's, restaurants. To make a one night stop I recommend you leave your car at the underground Parterre parking lot which is located about 1.5 km away easily accessible on foot or by tram. The room is spotless, very cozy as well as the staff was very kind and friendly and they welcomed with great pleasure my dog. The particular feature is the presence on the 4th floor of a terrace with fantastic views. We will gladly return Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it. View originals.

    Disappointing! Guest rooms not a traditional hotel. Not what we were expecting.

    This is not your standard hotel. They are guest rooms that are on different levels shared with other businesses. There is no formal Reception, just a desk on one of the levels which is only attended from 8-4. The single office desk is located literally right outside one of the rooms, no privacy. Good luck if you arrive outside these hours as they don't answer the phone when you arrive. We found a new guest trying to get in (the doors are locked with a code lock) you have to go to their sister hotel (which they don't tell you about). The rooms are clean but second class with mould etched into the bathrooms. The photos on the website look similar but have definitely been photoshopped. The rooftop area is so small (3 square meters tops) and the wooden outdoor setting is rotten, don't even bother There is no formal lounge area, just a smallcommunal kitchen area in the hallway. If you are looking for a traditional hotel then this is definitely not the place. One positive was the receptionist that booked us in was lovely and very helpful explaining the area and places to visit.

    This place was a great place to stay! Center location in florence and room was quite cool. It had a loft where the bed was and the bathroom was on the first floor. There was air conditioning and room was cozy. Only downside would be if you have a hard time walking up stairs the stairs to the bed were very step going up.
