    The location is great, but the experience was let down by a filthy bathroom and noise.The bathroom was dirty, with black mould.

    DANGEROUS AND UNRESPONSIVE!!! As my wife and I left on Wednesday June 27th 2024 I fell, missing the last step in a dark unlit stairway, damaging my knee and pulling both my calf muscle and quad. We sent the hotel a private message in hopes of preventing a dangerous situation for the future customers by recommending placement of additional light in the stairwell. 5 days later I still walk with a painful limp and have tried my best to enjoy vacation as much as possible in spite of the pain. We still have not heard the slightest acknowledgement of this issue. I’m not out for anything but perhaps litigation is in order. DO NOT STAY HERE WITHOUT A FLASHLIGHT!!!

    More of a hostel than hotel. Uncomfortable beds and pillows, very run down. No amenities, shabby, not very clean. No service like linen change over 5 day stay. Very disappointed and fairly expensive. Would never recor go back.

    We arrived here and was absolutely disappointed. Not even worth the cheap rate. 1. Aircon stinks like damp smell.2. There is a dead bird stuck at the window. 3. Dusty linen and pillows.4. No lifts, so have a great time carrying your luggages up the stairs. 5. Dirty pillows.6. No drinking water, so prepared to drink water from the toilet tap. (They literally told us to drink from there)7. Front desk staff was not friendly and thought we were annoying for telling them these things. (Which is understandable as no one likes to hear negative things about their business)Unless you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind dead birds (very unhygienic), then this place might be ok for you. The benefit about this place is their location. It is near to the main attractions.

    Very disappointed as the apartment besides was smelly but after few hours of open windows got better there was only pillows very old and ready for rubbish . We asked to have them changed but the reception replied that we were paying only 150 euro a day so it was enough what we had for it. Next time we should ask also if we need to bring open bottles, lights for the size beds, pots for warming milk for our little girls .Go elsewere
