    The hotel is located very close to the train station and all the sights in Florence. We had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance, but once you enter this old palazzo, it is absolutely quiet. The lobby is on the ground floor, and the rooms are on floors 2 and 3. The rooms are big, and quite comfortable. The breakfast is good, with lots of options. The hotel has a water purifier where you can get cold water (sparkling and natural).

    I went back after 9 years! I would of stayed here for my entire trip but it was sold out for the dates, I needed.There's been a few improvements and changes for the better!But there's only one thing I miss, is the breakfast they served 9 years ago!It was more contential and Italian in essence.I still remember, how happy my mother and myself were with the options then, I felt it was more authentic to the place and country, compared to now.It was still a good spread for breakfast, but nothing, I was excited about sadly...They had different types of Italian breads, rolls etc... It felt more wholesome back then, not generic as it is now.For the owner & management, everything else is great with the new changes apart from the breakfast, also can you please seperate/label the utensils for the sliced meat and cheese (dairy) from each other, as those who do not eat pork and want to eat cheese, cannot use the the utensils as I've seen guest mixing them, which is somewhat off putting to those with dietry restrictions. Thank you.Look forward to seeing you all soon.

    I had a great experience. Hotel rooms are spacious, very neat and clean. I had requested for a hard pillow and it was already there in my room upon arrival. Washroom has got a bidet. I walked around 7,8 mins from Florence train station (Novella) to reach the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel. Most of the tourist attractions were approx 20 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was also hood with a decent food options. Marco from the reception was a professional and courteous. Hotel reception is very very small which doesn't do justice to the superb rooms. Would love to go back.

    A gem, a true find! Lovely hidden hotel in the HEART of Florence. Walking distance to almost all the key sites. Great room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff is helpful and kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
