  We stayed at Residenza le Fonticine for three nights and were grateful they could accommodate us on short notice. The hosts were incredibly generous and welcoming, and a true example of Italian hospitality. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, with perfect water pressure in the shower, and had all the amenities you would want. A number of bars and restaurants just nearby and we really appreciated it was close to Santa Maria Novella train station. A bonus is the breakfast included - a good assortment of food items and drink options. Overall, we had the best stay here and could not recommend this residence more highly!

  We spent two nights and the place lived up to our expectations: good price, great location, clean and good room, very good service and staff (we arrived after check-in which could be solved with whatsapp communication).

For our trip to Tuscany we were bound to a quickly accessible and central accommodation, the Residenza le Fonticine was exactly the right choice. Next door you can park your car in the Garage Nazionale and reach the Residenza le Fonticine in one minute. The reception was warm and nice. The operators try very hard to ensure a pleasant stay and take good care of you. The exchange of information was good and they even wrote to you via Whatsapp (I accidentally switched off my internet and didn't answer, but everything went wonderfully). The house is safe and you have several closed doors to the room. The room is clean, well laid out and properly equipped. You can even book a few extra options. The door in the shower was a little noisy and maybe you should keep an eye on the humidity, but the shower was very large. The breakfast, on the other hand, is very limited, but you don't need as much in a B&B and an Italian breakfast gets by with much less. But it's tasty enough for us. Maybe they could put up a few more notes at breakfast and offer a little more bread, but overall ok for a B&B. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here and we will remember the B&B for the next trip! So if you're looking for solid accommodation and don't need so many knick-knacks, but are still looking for something modern and clean, you've certainly come to the right place. Friendliness and commitment are much more important and can definitely be found here. See you soon!

  Great location, very clean and well kept. Staff very eager to help and give you tips on where to go and what to see. Very secure and safe. Great to walk out into the heart of Florence. A bit noisy as you are in the heart of the city.

  I stayed here for 3nights.Can u imagine that you need to use your towel for 3days?If you are planning staying here, you need to accept the concept “same towel for 3days”. If you want change the towel, you need to pay extra 5 eur.Shower hose had leakage. More than half of the water flew down not to shower head.If you really want to stay here, please avoid room number 3B.
