Location

One of the most important characteristics of a hotel is its location, and this hotel occupies the best possible position for visitors to Florence. It lies in the most elegant, peaceful and safest street in Florence, close to all the attractions of the city. Chiesa Santa Maria Novella is 400 m away, Palazzo Vecchio and the Ponte Vecchio are 500 m and it is 600 m to the Galleria degli Uffizi and the Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore. Florence Airport is 10 km and Pisa Airport is 107 km.

Facility

22 rooms, including junior suites, 3 single rooms and 18 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Had a wonderful stay here. The location is central, so it’s easy to stop by the room to drop things off or take a mid-day break while traveling. The service was excellent and the room was clean and large. The complimentary water and Prosecco station by the lobby was a nice touch. Only negatives: the shower was on the small side, width-wise, and you need to go up some stairs to get to the front desk.     The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to all attractions and train station. Although there are some stairs to get to reception, you are able to ring bell for luggage assistance. The breakfast buffet was great but different menu items for each day. I think it’s because the hotel is in an older building, the door and walls are not too sound proof so you might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall really good service!     Fantastic Hotel in a perfect central location.

    What can I say about this excellent hotel. We stayed here with friends for 5 days recently and had a great experience.The hotel is perfectly located, central for all attractions, lots of bars and restaurants and just round the corner from the Ponte Vecchio.It is also not far from the tram stop which is the perfect way to get from the airport, and very cheap.The staff at the hotel are excellent, very attentive and helpful and Alessandra was so lovely and really fun which made our stay even better.Breakfast was great, very reasonably priced and a great selection.The hotel also has a lovely lounge area with a small help yourself bar, which we relaxed in with our friends occasionally.Just to note, the hotel has quite a lot of steps which they do let you know about in advance but also a small elevator which holds three people.Our rooms were large, beautifully furnished with a well equipped bathroom, a well stocked mini bar, Dyson hairdryer and fresh bottled water daily.To summarise, a really lovely hotel with excellent staff, a high standard of everything and in a great location.We wouldn’t hesitate to use again when we return to Florence.     The hotel location was perfect, central to the main city attractions and all in easy walking distance. Our room was very clean, well appointed and serviced each day.
