THIEVES – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This hotel stole medication from my minibar. I’m not exaggerating — I placed sealed, unused aesthetics medicine (worth €230) in the fridge the day I arrived, and it was gone after housekeeping. When I confronted staff, they flatly denied it. This is theft, plain and simple.On top of that: • A/C broken — forced to sleep with windows open • Garbage trucks picking up trash at 5:45am right outside hotel • Bus stop below the window — street noise is unbearable • Staff are rude, lazy and completely unhelpfulI asked to cancel my 3rd night and get a refund — gave 24 hours notice via Booking.com. Nobody responded. Called reception twice and was told the manager was in Barcelona. For a hotel charging €800 for 3 nights, they couldn’t even reply to a message or resolve a basic complaint.This place treats customers as cash machines with zero rights. Management is absent, staff have zero empathy, and if something goes wrong you are completely on your own.Do not stay here. You have been warned.
