    This Is a great hotel. A perfect location and nice rooms. That said, what makes it really special is the staff. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Many thanks to all of them!

    My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in May, 2026. It is a beautiful hotel in a central location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly as were all the employees we met. There was a wonderful breakfast served every morning. We would not hesitate to stay here again.     This hotel is great! I have stayed here several times and the reasons I come back are-the front desk staff is great and so helpful-the breakfast is delicious and a vast array of sweet and savory. The servers will also prepare a special request if you have one.-the ladies who take care of the rooms go the extra mile to make sure your room is clean and comfortable and to your liking.I recommend this hotel to everyone.     I think this is our 6th time staying here. This hotel is awesome. As soon as you walk in the door you know you picked the right place. Santiago, Andru, Alessandro, Matteo, Lorenzo and all the girls (i"m sorry I don't have their names) are wonderful. Anything you need they will help you. The rooms are quiet, clean and so comfortable. The best shower of our trip. Great water pressure and hot water. If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return.     Hidden Gem in Florence

    Second time here, we walked into the lobby to check in, and it smelled like freshly cut flowers. We were greeted like we were special and welcome. Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were two of us on girls' trip, so the double beds were perfect. Love the atmosphere, modern but cozy. Complimentary Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Location is excellent, close to everything. Great value and service, highly recommend!
