    First I have to say that it is really clean! They clean rooms every day, and change towels upon request or latest every two days.On the other side, we did not enjoy our stay so much. We didnt sleep at all, as room window faces street and it is super loud, especially in the morning hours. If we close windows we cannot breathe (no matter the air-conditioning. Pillows are cheap and not quality ones and bed is outworn. So it would be good to invest in better mattresses and pillows and to justify the price.Breakfast is very simple. Typical Italian breakfast: croissant per person, and bagel per person. You will find also some packed food like muffin, dry bread, cookies; but everything is super sweet, so nothing salty for breakfast. I dislike breakfast like that, but ok. So our rating is 3/5 or 5/10 just because of the location and clean rooms.

    Very nice and clean place in the centre of Florence. Cozy room with easy access on foot. Breakfast was basic but fresh. The only problem was the lack of a parking place. The closest parking was very expensive and closed at 20:00. If you choose this place go without a car.

    If you’re looking for a grand hotel this is not it. If you are looking to be welcomed, safety, peace, cleanliness and a great location this is the place. Walk easily from the train to upscale residential neighborhood a short walk to San Lorenzo. My twin room was like most doubles and Maura was available for any questions. The bonus was breakfast and a small beautiful garden to enjoy. So unbelievably quiet.

    We really loved our stay at this charming B&B. Arriving by train in Florence, it was an easy (9-minute) walk from the station. Situated somewhat near the Galleria dell'Accademia, it was about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo. We found good restaurants in the area, too. Our host, Moraq, was especially lovely and hospitable. Breakfast was really nice on her patio, where a sweet little black cat named Cinder kept us company. The room was comfortable and the air-con worked well, which was great on the hot afternoons when we came back from sight-seeing. It's a great value, and we would stay here again.
