    We could not have stayed at a friendlier and more accommodating hotel as part of our trip to Italy. We were greeted on arrival and our bags taken for us. We were welcomed at reception and the children given an Easter egg. Our room was made ready for us several hours ahead of the usual check in time although we didn’t take advantage of this as we wanted to start seeing the sights.On our return the staff had placed our bags in the room and my son found a birthday card and biscuits - they had noted this from his passport. It was a lovely touch - birthdays away from home when you’re 10 can feel a little odd and he thought it was great!The room was excellent and housekeeping superb. Breakfast was great and well worth including. We ate in the restaurant several nights and the food and service were very good.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!     Easter stay

    The location of the hotel is a 20 minute walk or there is a tram that stops outside that will take you into the centre of Florence from there you are close to all the attractions. The hotel has a chilled vibe very much needed after a busy day sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a family room. The little touches were also a nice treat we stayed over Easter and had an Italian Easter cake left on Easter SundayAll staff were friendly and helpful.     Clean and very nice! We even left Naples and went back to stay here for our final night before flying back to NY. Definitely recommend!     AC didn’t work much at all.

    Real issue with Air Conditioning. Asked several times at the front desk, they seemed to click some buttons on their computer and things would cool down in the room for an hour or so, then automatically reset to a horrible 78*Staff didn’t seem to care, or were unable to really do anything about it
