    A big thank you to Massimo, Philip and the team for their kindness the last few days. We were booked into the hotel after our flight was cancelled. Although we arrived at the hotel close to midnight, the staff were welcoming and empathised with us all.Travelling with a baby and having a flight cancelled was not ideal but the hotel staff: their porters, restaurant staff and front of house team made our experience less stressful. Thank you all very much for your hospitality.     Stayed 2 nights. Good location away from Florence on an organised tour. Great base. Older rooms. Great food ( evening meal and breakfast). Help desk very helpful. Older lifts. I feel the lifts would struggle with large groups departing at the same time.Hints* any issues go to help desk reception.     Very basic older style hotel, stayed here for 1 night (which was ample) as part of an organized tour. The hotel served its purpose as we were very tired. The industrial style electric shutters were a good idea enabling us to leave the window open as the AC was average.     EXCELLENT HOTEL NEAR FLORENCE

    This is an excellent option to stay near Florence. It is 10 minute waking from a train station. The hotel super clean and it is to the American standards.     Decent business hotel - Not ideal for vacationers.

    Decent hotel with plenty of space by European standards. Perfect for business travelers but a little too far away from anything for vacation travelers. Being located in a business park, there really isn't anything to see or do within walking distance.We stayed here as part of a bus tour and it made a good home base for several days as we toured the area.
