    Location of hotel is great but the hotel itself and staff leave a lot to be desired. Hotel and rooms are dusty, gentlemen at reception not helpful. even after paying for breakfast we were told they cant pack us a few things for a tour early next day where we would miss breakfast. Where as is in amalfi the hotel packed so much food to take with on morning of transfer as we would miss breakfast. The rooms were also dusty and outdated.

    Great services, super clean , location is great ,breakfast it's really good the lady that served the breakfast it's very nice and makes you a great espresso, we got there very early and the keep my luggage and put them in my room , my shower was missing a door and they give us the full bar at the room for free , very nice of them without me asking I will definitely come back here again.

    Nice looks and great service but there are some downsides

    We felt really welcomed by a young guy who greeted us late at night when checking in. The hotel looks very nice and the room was just beautiful with suuuper high ceilings. For breakfast, the service was great, they asked you what type of coffee you would prefer and made it for you. It was a pity that the a/c was not working properly and in the morning the doors were banging in the hallway very loud that woke us up. Perhaps we were just unlucky with the broken a/c and busy location.

    A little gem, ideal short stay hotel. Lovely room, couldn't fault it. If we came back to Florence would definitely stay again., thank you. Very comfortable, everything you need. Breakfast is adequate but there is plenty of choice. Room serviced every day.

    Great location. Bad breakfast its better not to reserve breakfast and eat around. Parking service at cost of 33 € dayly. Luca at the risiption was very polite. Very noisy rooms,with windows to the street. No air condition , the only promise to fix. Reasonable size of rooms. Clean hotel
