    Very enjoyable stay

    At first I was upset because the room does look like a college dorm room and I expected it to be noisy. The room and bed were comfortable and noise was never an issue. Sheets changed every couple days and our towels were exchanged regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cappuccino from the cafe was excellent. We were 15-25 minutes from restaurants, attractions, shopping. I’m glad we stayed and I would return.

    Great facilities, location was perfect for exploring the city, verybrelaxing rooftop bar during the day. Could be noisy if you wanted an early evening

    Stayed here for a night in Florence. The place has quite a hip design, very welcoming and modern. The location is very convenient for the station (and there is a tram stop just outside direct to the airport). It's a very big space and it was a long walk to my room, which had a good design! While there were coffee making facilities, there were no mugs in the room, and there also was not a safe (although the building felt very secure). The room was spacious and the bathoom absolutely massive, with a window on the inner courtyard. Had a very peaceful night and enjoyed a swim in the pool the following morning before checkout. It wasn't a particularly cheap stay but a lot smarter than other places I've stayed in Florence in the past.     The hotel’s location, building, decor, common areas, room, restaurant, coffee bar, laundry room, and breakfast—everything was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. They answered not only my questions about the hotel but also those about the city. They acted as guides. In addition to all this, I think the bar on the hotel’s rooftop should be counted among the city’s top attractions. With its stunning views, delicious menu, and friendly, welcoming staff, I believe it’s one of the must-visit spots in Florence.     Perfect views in a fairly central location, it was about a twenty minute walk to the main attractions but out of the way to have some quiet time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The roof top pool and bar was the highlight.
