7 junior suites, 2 suites, 4 single rooms and 87 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Florence and this Hotel stole my heart! The history in this hotel was paradise, the statue of Hercules the paintings the service, shout out to Daniele, he was so so helpful! everyone seemed to go out of their way to help or serve you. The food, breakfast in the morning, so bountiful. The rooftop terrace the paintings to the rooms. And, you just walk out the front door and Florence is at your feet. I want to go back to Forence and stay at this Hotel.

    We had a lovely stay in Firenze and our time was extra special during our stay at the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi hotel. Our room was a nice size, beautifully appointed with a large bathroom. The staff was attentive and gracious. Our stay included breakfast which are a nice spread including yogurt, pastries, hot foods, cheeses, etc. Everything to accommodate every choice. We enjoyed the bar lounge after along day of touring and found the cocktails to be top notch. Our favorite Bar tender Augustina always greeted us warmly and remembered our favorite cocktails after 1 day. The hotel is located easy walking distance from the train station making it an ideal location for us to connect to our next city. You will not be disappointed in this hotel.

    Fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and frankly hands down the best Caprese salad I had during my week in Florence. The location is fantastic as well. The only thing the hotel needs is a gym but otherwise I highly recommend a stay here while visiting Florence. Oh and the rooftop bar is stellar with spectacular views!

    Very nice hotel. Centrally located. Staff was great. Noor was very helpful during our daily breakfast. Would recommend.
