    Great hotel in a lovely area of Florence, just a short walk to the beautiful bridges with several restaurants just along the road. The room was snug, but comfortable-nice and clean and quiet. We had great breakfasts and an excellent dinner at the hotel--the dinner service staff was amazing, as was the food. Gabriele at the bar was great and we appreciated his Italian wine recommendations (we found one back home in Canada and have enjoyed it this evening-thank you!). We had a little room problem, and a very friendly staff member responded immediately to our concern (wish I remembered his name-sorry). I would definitely stay here again!     want too give the hotel both 3 stars and 5 stars but you need to read my review first to understand why.By arriving to the hotel we got a room wich was a sadly room. Dirty, unfunctional, ready to fall. Dirty bathroom, dusty walls, one of the shower’s didnt work, the bar table infront of bed ready to fall. Well see my pictures to understand.Complained to the reception wasnt kept up well, the man behind was not so interested in our complaints. He also was a little bit rude to my wife.Well the day after the women receptionist showed us what service is. She was incredible, all stars to her. New room, bigger size, personal letter and cookies by the bed. She was everything a customer needs in service and complaining guests.A real star.     Great location and place to stay

    A nice hotel. Clean room and wide the only issue for me is the room light is a bit dim. I love clean lights instead… This hotel is very near to Firenze Center Duomo just one ride of bus 6 in just 4 stops. Laura of front Desk was so helpful and idem sir Lorenzo, the manager or front Desk manager. I like the place or location Where in outside of ZTL but easy to reach the tourist highlights of the City.     We had a lovely stay here recently. We had a family/triple room for myself, my husband and my son. Really spacious room with excellent facilities. My dad and his partner stayed in a double which was equally comfortable. Fabulous showers!There is parking available which was super helpful and something we then didn't have to worry about. It is about a 15 minute walk into Florence, along the river. I think anyone would struggle to drive much further in than this anyway.Very lovely staff and it was nice to sit in the garden with a glass of wine after being in the busy centre. Bars and restaurants close by too, and a very convenient supermarket just 2 minutes walk.Checkout at 12 was great and gave us a much needed rest after a busy few days. The breakfast was AMAZING! We ended up sitting at breakfast for over an hour enjoying the coffee and pastries (there is a very wide selection of food available).Would highly recommend!     Worst hotel experience EVER ! The room was incredibly cramped, with barely any space to move, let alone relax. To make matters worse, the walls were covered in felt, which made the room feel even more claustrophobic and uncomfortable. It felt like there was no room to even change your mind, let alone your clothes!On top of the poor room conditions, the hotel staff seemed to find our dissatisfaction amusing, laughing at our concerns instead of addressing them. This lack of professionalism only made the stay more frustrating.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor room quality and unprofessional staff made it a truly terrible experience. Zero out of five.
